The TAY Way: Gym
A progressive 4-day split designed to build strength, endurance, functional fitness, and core stability while sculpting lean muscle with minimal gym equipment! This program follows The TAY Way’s four key pillars for a well-rounded, results-driven approach.
The weekly structure includes strength on Monday, cardio and conditioning on Tuesday, Wednesday will be an active recovery day with the option for steady state cardio, Thursday is functional movement focused, and Friday will involve core and stability exercises.
Saturday and Sunday are designated rest days for optimal recovery and muscle growth. Follow The TAY Way and transform your training!

About TAY
Hi, I'm Taylor Hall, but I also go by Tay! I am a former NCAA athlete turned celebrity trainer, and the founder of The TAY Way: a 16-minute, balanced approach to fitness designed for busy women who want results without burning out.
My signature four-dimensional method fuses performance-driven programming with a consistent approach grounded in strength, endurance, functional fitness, and core, allowing women to workout efficiently and effectively from anywhere!
I grew up as a competitive swimmer, but expereinced burn out from a young age. At the age of 13, I picekd up a basketball, fell in love, and worked earned a spot as a four-year NCAA collegiate athlete. After two ACL tears, I was forced to rebuild, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. That journey led me to coaching, and ultimately, to building THE fitness method that meets women where they are.
Today, I train women online and in-person, and I've hosted some of LA's most exclusive women-only fitness experiences, from NeueHouse to Technogym. Whether you're starting fresh or looking to take your training to the next level, I created The TAY Way to help you feel strong in your body and steady in your routine.
My mission? To redefine strength for women, everywhere.
