About Me

Girly Pops! It's Tay!

My name is Taylor Hall. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, fitness coach, and entrepreneur with a background as a lifelong athlete! I played high level NCAA collegiate basketball for 4 years at both Eastern New Mexico University and Biola University in Southern California. I discovered my love for fitness after tearing my ACL twice through my collegiate career and now my goal is to infuse every individual’s life with energy and purpose, and enhance the strength and confidence of women globally through fitness, community, and connection!

I created a women only workout community in Los Angeles called Girly Pops Fitness to break through traditional boundaries to celebrate the extraordinary strength and diversity we each hold as women. As I continue to grow my fitness community through in-person events and online trainings, I am excited to connect with more women that embody the values that I hold as an individual and help empower females through fitness on a global stage!
