Meet Tay

Hi! I'm Taylor Hall, Founder of The TAYWay: The performance method and platform helping high achievers, teams, and organizations perform at their best through personalized coaching, movement, and community.

My background combines athletics, fitness, and business. As a four-year NCAA collegiate basketball athlete, I learned firsthand how discipline, recovery, and team dynamics translate into high-performance environments.

After earning my NASM CPT and CNC certifications alongside a Business Administration degree, my journey through competitive athletics, injury recovery, and personal transformation inspired me to create a brand that makes fitness more accessible, empowering, and community-driven.

Today, I deliver wellness experiences, coaching programs, and corporate initiatives designed to improve wellbeing, engagement, and performance. Through signature events, team activations, online coaching, and strategic partnerships, we've engaged thousands of individuals and collaborated with leading brands across wellness, technology, and lifestyle industries.
